My husband and I just finished a very successful renovation of our kitchen and living area. I know that the reason
it was so successful is because we made the decision at the beginning of the project to hire an interior designer. Charlotte came highly recommended to us, and on her first visit to our house, I knew she was the perfect
choice for us. She asked lots of great questions about what was important to us in the renovation. She had
us consider several things that we probably would have overlooked (heating, noise reduction and lighting to name a few). Because we considered all of these things at the beginning, the changes made were so much more
suitable to our lifestyle than they could have been. Charlotte listened to everything we had to say about why we
wanted the reno done and came back with a design that was excellent. We made several small tweaks to the design
during the project and Charlotte was always prompt with these and willing to discuss all advantages and disadvantages with the changes. Having Charlotte working on our project made things run so much more
smoothly than they would have. She worked very closely with the contractor, cabinet builder, flooring installers,
lighting people and countertop people to make sure things were always progressing and when one step was almost
done, she had it organized so that the next step was ready to go. Her management of the project saved me
and my husband lots of time and grief. If we had a problem with any of the contractors, Charlotte was quick to
get in touch with them and have the issue resolved. Charlotte met with me numerous times during the renovation
to make sure I was happy with how things were going and to review any questions or concerns that I had.
No matter how often I called or texted Charlotte, she was always ready and available to help. Charlotte took me
shopping for everything involved in my renovation from paint to counter tops to flooring and made sure everything
I chose would work, but also made sure it was something that matched my taste. She never once tried to
pressure me into doing something that I wasn’t comfortable with. Charlotte also passed her designer discounts
on to our purchases and they were so fabulous, I am sure the money we saved through these discounts more than paid for Charlotte’s fee. The service provided by Charlotte was wonderful and I would never consider doing another
project without the help of a her. It made all the difference.
